Calming Cards are designed to help you teach your child calming techniques. Calming strategies include Deep Breathing, Muscle Relaxation, Grounding, Visualisation, Yoga and Mindfulness.
Calming cards can be used in a variety of contexts, including:
- A calming corner (or calming space) in your home
- Out and about
- Calming activities before bed
- Day Care Centres
